ABOUT
As an artist, my work aims to make people contemplate, question and create their own perceptions about the world. Studying Fashion Photography at Falmouth University has broadened my own perspectives on photography, developing my art to communicate an expressive, vibrantly coloured, abstract representation of the human figure. From working on my own projects to assisting my peers, I love being immersed in creativity and working on production sets.
My recent body of work, titled Artus, is about the shape and form of the human figure and I have captured this in many different ways, encouraging the audience to gather a new perception of the human body. Using photo manipulation, the images have been distorted to exaggerate features of the figure, prompting the viewer to question this representation of reality.
